Troubleshooting common issues
Quick fixes for a preview that will not load, a change that broke the game, and other common bumps.
The preview will not load
- Press Refresh in Preview.
- If Preview shows an error, press Fix this to send it to the agent.
- Still stuck? Tell the agent what you see, in your own words.
A change broke the game
Tell the agent what broke, or go back to a restore point in Timeline. Restoring replaces your files with that earlier version.
A turn did not change the game
In Discuss, the agent talks and changes nothing. Switch to Build in the menu next to the send button and ask again.
Running low on credits
Check your balance in Settings, under Plans & Credits. Pick a plan on the pricing page, and on a plan you can also top up with a credit pack.
The microphone does nothing
Allow microphone access for OddShed in your browser. On browsers without speech recognition, voice input needs a paid plan.
The Code tab is locked
Viewing and editing code come with paid plans. On the free plan, ask the agent for the change instead.
